Key Qualifications

DRIVER (NEMT): NON EMERGENCY MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION

Must have at least 2+ yrs experience for NEMT

Be 21 or older.
Have a valid driver's license and social security number.
Safely transport passengers with disabilities and the elderly to and from their destinations in a timely, courteous manner.
Provide compassionate door-to-door assistance, escorting passengers to and from the first accessible door.
Operate the vehicle lift and properly secure wheelchairs and other mobility devices to ensure passenger safety at all times.
Maintain clear and professional communication with passengers, dispatch, and medical facility staff.
Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, such as manifests and incident reports.
Strong Communication Skills: Communication skills in English are essential to clearly interact with passengers, dispatch, and medical staff, and to accurately complete required reports.
Tech-Savvy: Must be comfortable using a smartphone and our driver app.
A Safe Driving Record:
Criminal background check.
Professional & Compassionate: You have a patient, professional, and customer-first attitude.
You exercise good judgment and prioritize passenger safety above all else.
Physical Requirements: Ability to assist passengers as needed and lift up to 50 lbs.
General knowledge of Miami-Dade County roads and traffic patterns is a plus but not mandatory.

Adhere to all driving regulations and ensure the safe transportation and delivery of packages.
